Is the Wave+ pocket-clip compatible?

Yes it is! Pocket clip is sold separately in a kit that includes a lanyard ring.

Are the pliers spring-loaded?

Not on the Wave+. However, other Leatherman multi-tool models such as the OHT, Wingman, and Sidekick feature spring-loaded pliers.

Does the Wave+ come with a sheath?

Yes, the Wave+ comes with a sheath. A pocket clip is also available but sold separately.

How do I clean my Leatherman Wave+?

Cleaning can be done with a low viscosity oil (e.g. WD-40, Liquid Wrench, CRC 3-36), which helps force out moisture trapped in the joints. To clean build-up between tools use a mild solution of detergent and water, then re-lubricate.

Can you change the screwdriver bit out for other sizes?

Absolutely. In fact, the Leatherman Bit Kit (sold separately) comes with 21 bits of varying sizes and styles including Allen, PoziDrive and Torx.
